Knotted Laces

I woke up at 5:23am thinking about issues that need my attention at my business and in my family. Some things are ongoing messes from the past that continue to boggle my mind.

Sometimes God gives me pictures and visions in my time with Him. I saw a picture of a lady trying to untie her severely knotted shoelaces.

Is this me? 

In the vision the harder she tried, the more tangled the shoelaces became.

Have you felt like your life gets more and more tangled as you work harder and harder?

Then in the vision Jesus bent down and untied the knotted tennis shoes.

Who but Jesus can untie the knots in our lives!

What in my life is entangling me?

Business.

Personal concerns. 

Family.

Health.

Jesus took off the old untied, unknotted shoes.

He presented a new pair of white tennis shoes and securely tied then up properly. 

Jesus definitely ties things together when I give Him the old. I can stand up and walk out business, health, and family situations with new hope knowing Jesus is there. 

What a security He brings!

Is Jesus offering you a new pair of shoes for your knotted up old ones?

Only Jesus can untie the past hurts and disappointments. 

He graciously guides us into a new future. We no longer need the old taggled mess of the past. 

The old has passed away. 

God makes all things new.

”Behold I am doing a new thing,

Now it spring forth,

Do you not perceive it?

I will make a way in the desert.”

Isaiah 43:19 

God is bringing us into a new place in life with new vision.

He is taking away the old hurts and disappointments.

We don’t need them anymore.

Healing is here.

It is time for both of us to put on the new shoes for a new time in our life!

We have much to accomplish and we have new shoes tied up on our feet securely to be led by Jesus.

Lord Jesus, we want to walk with you every day. 

Thank you for taking the past and graciously giving up the new adventures.

I lay down the old at your feet.  

We love you Lord and will follow you all the day of our lives.
