The Power Of Your Voice

I’ve been thinking a lot about our voice.

This is the Hebrew year of 5784 on God's calendar, the year of the voice of the doorkeeper.

In the Hebraic decade of the 80’s we understand the word for 80 is ‘Pe’ which means mouth, voice, or sound.  The ending number, 4 is the Hebrew word ‘Dalet’, which means door.

John 10:3 says; “To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.  This is the year where the prophetic voice brings forth new life, brings revival, strengthening the weary soul, and enlarging your heart, resurrecting the dry bones!”

Ezekiel 37:11-14 says God told Ezekiel, “Son of man, these bones were lost, dry. Therefore, prophesy to them!”

Have you ever thought about what the word of God says about your voice?

Signet Ministries practices listening to God’s Voice and releasing what is heard, speaking encouragement, speaking life, speaking insights through revelation from scripture and Prayer, communion with Father God himself!

Proverbs 31:9 says “Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy”Jeremiah 1:9 says “Then the Lord reached out and touched my mouth and said, Look, I have put my words in your mouth!”

We are living in a world right now of turmoil.  Many people are confused, hurting financially, and facing family problems. God is waking us up to our calling as Kings and Priest on this earth. He has put a ring on our finger signifying authority. He is calling us to speak hope and life into the dry bones.

There is power in your voice!

Proverbs 18:21 says “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat it's fruits.”

Think about that, what do you speak out about?

Psalms 19:14 “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer!”

Our voice carries weight, what we say can bring life or death to a situation.

God spoke the world into being, He made us in His image and declared it was good!

As his children we carry His authority on the Earth. The word says that every place we put our feet we can possess. As I think about this and my own growth over many years, I have seen the faithfulness of God and the power that I have when I use my voice to declare and agree with His word and to decree the things on God‘s heart.  There is a power much greater than what we see with our natural eyes.

Psalm 81:10 in the Passion translation says “Open your mouth with a mighty decree, I will fulfill it, now you’ll see.The words that you speak, so shall it be.”

Paul and Silas saw prison doors open when they opened their mouths and praised.  Their voices activated the supernatural and caused that which was locked to open up.  Their prayers activated heaven to send an angel to lead them out.

Jesus activated healings with His voice:

“Rise, take up your bed and walk!”

"Lazarus, come forth!”

“Stretch out your hand and be made whole!”

“Woman be loosed!”

Peter and John at Gate Beautiful spoke to the lame man, “In the name of Jesus Christ, rise up and walk!”

You may think but that was Jesus or that was the disciples.

Again, Yahweh Himself declares us Kings and Priest on this earth!

God has given us the power to pray, decree, and prophecy for our own breakthrough and to pray for others to embrace their promises from Him.

You are powerful if you belong to God, and we have a responsibility to be all that he’s created us to be.

We just celebrated Easter, resurrection day!  Let’s open our mouths and activate the doors of the supernatural in this new season.

The doors are open!

Signet would love to come and speak to those dry bones.  We put our faith into action, trusting in God’s power and having confidence in God’s ability to move those mountains. John 14:12 “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these because I go to the Father.”

Proverbs 15:4 “The soothing tongue is a tree of life, but a perverse tongue crushes the spirit.”

Colossians 4:6 “Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.

Proverbs 12:14 “The words of the reckless pierce like swords, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.”

There are so many scriptures about our voice.  In it springs the wells of life!

Proverbs 25:11 “A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver.”

Remember what He calls you in 1 Peter 2 :9 “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”

May this year bring you greater insight into the power of your voice!
